Shipping Policy

Click Doors is owned and operated by Click Doors (GB) Ltd.

Thank you for shopping at Click Doors. This shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by Click Doors on the website:

Click Doors undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we recommend that the customer provides an address where the order can be delivered during normal working hours.


1. CLICK DOORS SHIPPING

Click Doors orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday – 7 AM – 7 PM GMT). For security reasons, Click Doors will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient and their address.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Click Doors offers free delivery on orders over £350 including VAT.
For orders under £350 including VAT, delivery charges will be £19.99 including VAT.

Click Doors do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. For certain postcodes (including the Highlands, islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly) a delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us for more details.

Some larger orders may be delivered on a pallet. Please see Section 6A for further details on pallet deliveries and access requirements.

Click Doors may occasionally offer free shipping as part of promotions or special offers. Any such offer will be applied at checkout.


3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Processing takes place Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during busy periods, product launches or promotions.

Note: Order processing times, dispatch dates and delivery dates are different.


4. LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary depending on the product purchased. The estimated lead time is displayed on each product page.

After your order is placed, it will be processed and confirmed with the factory. You will then be advised of an estimated dispatch date. The dispatch date is when the courier collects your order from the factory.

Delivery typically takes place 1–2 working days after dispatch, although this will be confirmed once your order has been processed.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will try to accommodate requests where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Do not arrange installation until your order has been delivered and fully checked. Click Doors will not be responsible for any costs arising from delayed, incomplete or failed deliveries.


5. SHIPPING TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text message containing your courier tracking number. Please use this to track your delivery.

We are unable to offer timed delivery slots or guarantee a specific delivery time. You may contact the courier directly for further information.

If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier using your tracking details or contact us for assistance.

For pallet deliveries, the courier may contact you directly to arrange delivery. Please ensure that you are available and that access conditions are suitable on the agreed delivery day.

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the courier at the time of delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported to Click Doors within 48 hours of receipt. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.


6. PALLET & LARGE ITEM DELIVERIES

Some larger orders (such as cabinets or bulk items) are delivered on a pallet. This is a kerbside delivery service.

Deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address. Couriers are not able to bring items into your property.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that suitable access is available for a large delivery vehicle (typically a tail lift lorry). Surfaces such as gravel, slopes, uneven ground or restricted access areas may prevent delivery from being completed.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being present, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. DELAYS

Click Doors is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to force majeure, public order issues or natural events.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays.


8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Click Doors is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.


9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as a home or place of work. Click Doors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery has been successfully completed.


10. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Delivery is considered complete when the order is made available to the customer and the courier status is marked as “delivered” or “completed”.
