Click Doors undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
1. CLICK DOORS SHIPPING
Click Doors orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday – 7 AM – 7 PM GMT). For security reasons, Click Doors will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will Click Doors accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
- Click Doors offers free delivery on orders over £350 including VAT*.
- For orders under £350 including VAT, delivery charges will be £19.99 including VAT*.
* Click Doors do not deliver to the Channel Islands nor the Isle of Man. For certain postcodes (i.e. Highlands, islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly) there will be a delivery surcharge – please contact us for more details).
We strongly recommend that you do not arrange installation until you have received and checked your order. Please refer to our terms and conditions information. Click Doors may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- 2 – 3 working days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that this may be extended during holidays, launches, restocking, limited edition launches and promotions.
Note: Order processing times, dispatch dates and delivery dates are different.
4. LEAD TIMES
Lead times vary depending on the product purchased. The estimated lead time is indicated on each door product page. After you place your order, we will then process your order. After your order has been processed, you will be advised of an estimated dispatch day from the factory. The dispatch date is the date that the courier collects the items from the factory. Dispatch dates and delivery dates are not the same.
Delivery dates usually occur 1 or 2 working days later than the dispatch date but this wil be confirmed once your order has been processed.
If you have any specific requirements in terms of delivery date, then please telephone as soon as you place your order and we will try to accommodate your request (although offer no guarantee). We will always try to help.
5. SHIPPING TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text message which will include the couriers tracking number for your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide.
We are unable to offer a timed delivery service and we are not able to confirm the time of day that your delivery will occur. Please contact the courier who may be able to assist in this regard. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided or contact us via our contact information for further information and assistance.
6. DELAYS
Click Doors is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure, public order and natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Click Doors is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
7. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Click Doors will not be responsible for, or make refunds for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, please make sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
8. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Click Doors recommends that customers provide a secure shipping address, for example, their home or place of work. Click Doors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to insecure shipping addresses.
9. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed as soon as Click Doors makes the product available to the buyer, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
