This Returns Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
Returns are only made once the product has been delivered and received by the purchaser. No returns are accepted for products that are still in transit.
By making a purchase through the website, you agree to be bound by the conditions described below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Most Click Doors products are made to order and are non-returnable. Returns are only accepted on eligible non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-bespoke items returned for reasons other than fault or damage.
2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Full name of the person who placed the order
- Order number
- Non-bespoke items must be returned in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged)
- All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Any items returned remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and packaging the product securely.
Return and handling charges are non-refundable.
Click Doors reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with this policy. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. EXCLUSIONS
The following items are excluded from returns. These items are made to order or customised to your specification and cannot be resold:
- All doors, drawers and accessories from our made-to-order ranges, including (but not limited to): Austin, Aysgarth, Buxton, Cambridge, Elland, Helmsley, Integra, Newport, Oakham, Richmond, Shaker, Tullymore and Venice
- Any door that has been drilled for hinges at the customer’s request
- Sample doors (supplied for evaluation purposes and non-returnable)
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, this must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.
All damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Your claim must include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Click Doors will not be held liable for fitter costs, installation costs, loss of earnings or any other consequential losses resulting from delayed, damaged or incorrect deliveries.
5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3–5 working days for processing.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
If the return does not meet the stated conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.
6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Undeliverable packages returned to Click Doors will not be automatically re-sent. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
If you request a change to the delivery address after dispatch, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
