Return Policy

Click Doors is owned and operated by Click Doors (GB) Ltd.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products.   

Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Some items are excluded from the return and refund policy – see section 3 for a full list of exclusions.  In some cases, a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the item will be charged when goods are being returned into stock.  If this applies, you will be advised after you have requested your refund.

If 14 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Non-bespoke items must be in its initial state (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).
  • Bespoke items cannot be returned.
  • All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
  • Return and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Click Doors reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns policy. Returns that do not comply with our returns policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

To request a return please send us your request via hello@click-doors.com and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. EXCLUSIONS

The following is a list of exclusions from this policy.  These cover where items are specifically made for your order or where existing product is altered at your request.  These items cannot be resold by us.

a) All doors, drawers and accessories from our Made to Order ranges.  These are Austin, Buxton, Cambridge, Elland, Helsmley, Integra, Newport, Oakham, Richmond, Shaker, Tullymore and Venice.

b) Any door that you have asked us to drill for hinges.

c) Sample doors.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same, then please contact us through our contact information.

If the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, please indicate this on the courier’s paperwork and inform us immediately. Any other damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of products. Any damages reported after this period, will not be refunded or replaced by us.

The application must contain the following:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

We will not be held liable for fitters fees or any other professional trades persons fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries.
We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.

5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund and a confirmation email. The refund will be made via the original payment method, with the amount of the return shipment being deducted from the refund.

5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to Click Doors will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
