Made to Measure • Supplied Individually
Refresh your IKEA kitchen without replacing your cabinets.
We supply made-to-measure replacement kitchen doors designed to fit most IKEA cabinet systems — helping you update the look of your kitchen without the cost or disruption of a full refit.
Will These Doors Fit My IKEA Kitchen?
In most cases, yes.
When replacing IKEA kitchen doors, you are replacing the door panels, not the cabinet carcasses. The key to a correct fit is measuring the existing door correctly, from the back (inside face) of the door, which is flat and square.
Kitchen doors are intentionally made slightly smaller than the cabinet they cover. This clearance allows neighbouring doors to open and close freely without rubbing or clashing. Measuring the cabinet or the front of the door can result in new doors that fit too tightly or do not operate smoothly.

How to Measure Kitchen Doors Correctly
What You Need to Measure for IKEA Doors
To order replacement IKEA kitchen doors, you’ll need:
- Door height (mm)
- Door width (mm)
- Door thickness
- Door handing (left or right)
- If selecting pre-drilled holes: hinge hole positions
Most modern kitchen doors are around 18 mm thick.
If your doors are less than 18 mm or more than 22 mm, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm compatibility.
Optional 35 mm Hinge Hole Drilling
Most IKEA kitchens use the industry-standard 35 mm concealed hinge.
We offer optional 35 mm hinge hole drilling in standard positions.
What “Standard Position” Means
- The distance in from the side edge of the door (22 mm) is fixed and cannot be changed
- The distance down from the top of the door is measured from your existing door and is customisable
If your hinge layout is non-standard, we recommend ordering doors undrilled and drilling on site.

Hinges and Adjustment
If you are replacing hinges at the same time, most industry-standard 35 mm hinges used in UK kitchens — including brands such as Hettich, Blum, and Häfele — allow adjustment after fitting.
This includes vertical adjustment, making it easier to fine-tune alignment and achieve even gaps once your doors are installed.
Handle Drilling
We do not offer handle drilling.
If handle holes are required, they must be drilled on site after fitting. Many customers prefer this, as it allows full control over final handle positioning.
How Ordering Replacement IKEA Doors Works
- Measure your existing doors
- Choose your style and colour
